Management Training Program.
Addressing learning gaps with targeted solutions.
In this presentation, I highlight the issues of a company, which mainly revolve around management. I also provide a detailed training solution and how it will be administered.
Methods used
I applied a research-driven, learner-centered approach to identify critical challenges within a company and a high school context. Using tools like PowerPoint with integrated recording features, I created interactive training and instructional solutions. These included participatory analysis of management issues, the development of tailored microlearning lessons, and the exploration of strategies to improve English Language Arts scores through data analysis and educational research.
Outcomes
The process led to clear, actionable training solutions, including microlearning modules designed for quick, practical use—particularly in high-stakes scenarios like mentor interviews. Through targeted instructional design, I addressed real organizational gaps and proposed methods such as collaborative instruction, adaptive learning, and high-quality curriculum alignment to support measurable improvement in both corporate and educational environments.
Insights
This work reinforced the value of starting with the end in mind—focusing first on learner needs and outcomes. It also highlighted the power of combining research, cognitive learning theory, and technology to drive engagement and retention. Whether designing for professional development or academic recovery, I found that concise, visual-first content paired with real-world relevance makes learning both efficient and lasting.
Summary
Our learning design models aim to inspire active citizenship through innovative, inclusive educational methods that adapt to changing community needs.

Next steps
Future efforts focus on scaling these approaches, integrating new technologies, and fostering partnerships to deepen civic engagement across varied learning environments.
